The construction and production company for sale was founded in 1991. The main types of construction: housing and civil, less – industrial construction. The firm has excellent references: it has built and reconstructed more than 150 supermarkets (mainly Billa), shopping and logistics centers, buildings for banks, houses for the private sector. A significant share of references is also occupied by subcontracting works on fairly large objects of housing and civil construction and, in particular, construction and installation using aluminum structures, as well as glass facades.
The company owns a modern administrative building, a warehouse of building materials, 5 office three and four-room apartments, 2 non-residential premises, as well as its own modern production of aluminum windows, doors and glass walls and a fleet of transport and construction equipment – 25 units. Total assets worth CZK 68,759,000. The company has the right to carry out civil and industrial construction in all countries of the European Union.
