The owner sells a ready-made project for the construction of a complex of apartments consisting of four interconnected buildings with a total usable area of 4,610 m2 on his own construction site of 4407 m2.

The project is located in a protected spa area, in the heart of františkovė Lázně near the building of the main railway station, in the area of close walking distance of the central park and the main mineral springs, sanatoriums and hotels.
Františkovy Lázně is located 180 km from Prague near the border with Germany.
From Prague to Fratniškovy Lázně can be reached by the high-speed comfortable train Pendolino in 2.5 hours or by the autobahn. The nearest international airport is Karlovy Vary, 45 km from the property.
