From the bankruptcy auction, a complex consisting of a car dealership and a car service with a total area of 12,590 m2 is for sale, of which the area of the premises occupies 3,000 m2, specializes in the sale, service and repair of Škoda cars. Service and repair of vehicles are provided by 17 employees. The workshops are equipped with 18 hydraulic lifts with a carrying capacity of 2.5 tons, a lacocrine box with complex equipment for body repair, a repair shop, a parking lot.
The auto complex consists of the following separate buildings and premises:
- The administrative three-storey building is in good technical condition. In the building there are office premises, changing rooms for employees, a dining room, a shower, toilets.
- Two car dealerships.
- Repair shop.
- Warehouse building 1.000 m2
- Covered parking for 18 cars.
- Outdoor parking.
The complex has its own water well at a depth of 6 m, water supply and sewerage of the city, storm and technological waters are drained into traps.
In accordance with the Bankruptcy Act of the Czech Republic, the debts and other obligations of the bankrupt are completely canceled.
The indicated price is a recommendation for participation in the auction.
