The foundry with almost 200 years of history produces castings from gray and high-strength cast iron weighing from 0.5 kg to 25 kg with a focus on serial and high-production production.
The plant is sold at auction for bankruptcy. The subject of sale is a production and warehouse complex, land, equipment, technology.
In accordance with the Bankruptcy Act of the Czech Republic, the debts and other obligations of the bankrupt are completely canceled.
The indicated price is a recommendation for participation in the auction.

History
The foundry was founded in 1825. Since 2001, the plant has been part of the Spanish concern EIKA. Since 2009, the plant has been owned by private Czech investors. In 2014, the plant was declared bankrupt. The reason for the bankruptcy is outstanding bank loans, as well as non-payment for the supply of the plant's products by buyers.
Technology
The foundry is equipped with ABB tandem ovens with a yield of 2 x 4 tons. The molding is equipped with a yarring of molding machines with embossing, which in 2005 was modernized by the acquisition of the frameless automatic line FBO of the manufacturer HWS.
The resulting castings are fully processed on our own automatic line by CNC machines.
Castings are sent to metal or wooden euro pallets and GTB, earth, sandblasted, at the request of the customer, equipped with soluble base paint water.

Quality
Casting accuracy according to ISO 8062 – CT 09, CT 10
Product quality is ensured by a sophisticated quality management system and is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2009. Material quality control is carried out by means of spectral and thermal analysis, measurement of hardness HB (Brinell hardness), as well as in accordance with customer requirements, the tensile strength of the material is checked (test 3.1 B).
