The building was built in the 14th century, and at the beginning of the 18th century it was rebuilt in the style of late classicism. In total, there are 41 rooms in the building, which are fully leased. Most lease agreements are concluded for a period of 2-3 years. 12 leases expire in December 2013. Part of the facility are permits for parking 40 cars in the "blue zone".
