Characteristics of the administrative business center

The seven-storey administrative building was built in the Prague district of Smíchov in the style of functionalism, in the form of the letter H in 1933 by the architect Josef Chlaváček. The building was built under the supervision of the wife of the President of the First Czechoslovak Republic, Alisa Masarykova, as part of the program "Improving the Living Conditions of Young Women", which solemnly opened this object.

In the 80s of the last century, the facades of the building were completely repaired. In 1989, the building became the property of the administration of the fifth district of Prague. In 2002, the object was privatized, after which the new owner carried out a complete reconstruction of the building under the leadership of architect Miroslav Čech.

In 2004, another floor was added to the whole building, which today houses the Akcent Hotel, which accommodates 140 guests.

Since 2002, the building has been used as an administrative business center.

Usable area of the building: 20.000 m2

Currently, the tenants of the building are 140 companies, 5 law offices, cosmetic studios, a medical and rehabilitation center, shops, a dental clinic, an administrative part of the Police of the Czech Republic, a hotel, a restaurant, a centralized office center. The object includes its own closed parking.

The new owner has the opportunity to fully or partially release the object from tenants or maintain contractual lease relations.
