The company has the legal form of o.o.o. It was founded in 2019, always owned by one founder, and managed by one director.
From the very beginning, the company was engaged in stone processing in a quarry located in the region of Ústí nad Labem. This activity consisted of quarrying, crushing and further processing of stone.
Further development of the company took place in September 2019, when the company started to participate in the production process in the Pilsen region, where the production and molding of plastic children’s toys was carried out.
At the beginning of 2020, the company focused on the production of wooden windows, doors and wooden structures. This production was actively carried out until the winter of this year.
As a related business, the company was also engaged in a small construction business, but this was only related to the production of doors and windows, as well as the processing of quarry stone.
Current economic situation
The annual turnover of the company is approximately CZK 10 million.
The company’s operations are currently suspended due to lack of working capital and small debts, which do not exceed 20,000 EUR.
The company’s assets include claims in the amount of CZK 1,700,000.
In March of this year the owner of the company decided to liquidate it and liquidation was declared. However, the owner decided to stop the liquidation and to sell the company to a new owner who will be able to revitalize it and breathe new entrepreneurial life into the company.
