The complex "Ferdinand" was built in 1997-1998. In 2004, it underwent a major reconstruction and renovation of the interiors, and in 2010 a partial redevelopment and renovation of the interiors of the hotel was carried out, taking into account its expansion and the addition of a new wing of the building (currently the project has passed all approvals and permits)
Thanks to the silence, a certain privacy, style and comfort, the complex "Ferdinand" from the first days of its opening has gained great popularity among the political and business elite of the North Moravian region, as well as among representatives of Czech culture. Frequent guests of the complex were the most famous Czech theater and film artists: Miroslav Donutil, Martin Deidar, Jiří Labus, Josef Dvorak, Jan Šimon, opera star Katarina Jorda-Kramolišová. Regular guests were the Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region, Jewzen Toszenowski, who not only comes to lunches and dinners with his family, but also held small working retreats here, the Mayor of Ostrava Aleš Zednik, the current President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman. Despite the fact that the complex has never promoted its services on the Russian market, it was visited at different times by famous Russian theater and film actors Veniamin Smekhov, Alexander Lykov, famous theater and television production designer Stanislav Morozov, art historian Galina Aksenova, opera soloist-baritone Alexander Podolkhov.
The complex "Ferdinand" has not lost its popularity to this day – the attendance of the restaurant and bowling, the occupancy of the hotel are at a good level.

Location
The hotel complex is located in an ecologically clean suburb of Ostrava in one of the most prestigious and expensive urban cottage areas Ostrava-Krásné Pole. The largest Ostrava sleeping area Poruba is 2 km away. To the center of Ostrava -15-20 minutes by car.
Complex "Ferdinand" is located in the center of The Red Field, opposite the building of the district administration and the police. Hypermarket Globus is located 1.5 km away. Klimkovice, a famous unique spa resort, is 10 km away, and the Planetarium is 2 km away.
Prague can be reached in 3 hours by high-speed train Pendolino or 3.5 hours by car on the D1 motorway. 1 hour drive to the largest industrial city in Poland Katowice.
Complex "Ferdinand"
Total land area: 4050 m2. The cost of land in Krasny Pole is the highest in Ostrava – up to 2000 CZK per m2.
During the construction of the complex in the late 90s, first of all, the location of the complex in a quiet, romantic and secluded part of Ostrava was taken into account, where the concept of creating a comfort and recreation zone for customers who need peace and quiet was implemented.
The complex has two entrances: the main one – from the side of the district administration building and the entrance to the hotel from the back of the site. At the main entrance there is a public parking for visitors to the complex, and behind the hotel there is a closed parking for 15 cars for hotel guests.
The complex is ideal for a comfortable and active holiday. Here you can not only eat deliciously, but also play bowling, relax in the sauna and pool, make a massage. Cycling and skiing trails can be found nearby.

Independent two-storey building with an area of 452 m2 with its own parking
- 1st floor: reception with bar and breakfast area, swimming pool with warm water 12 by 4 meters, sauna with a small pool with cold water, shower, hot tub, relaxation area with sun beds and 2 tables, hotel reception room, changing rooms, laundress rooms – heating – pool water purification, small utility room, warehouse, 2 toilets.
- 2nd floor: 7 double rooms equipped with shower, toilet, TV with satellite reception. 1 apartment: bedroom, hall with a place to relax, shower, WC, TV with satellite reception.
All rooms are equipped with a stylish new medellium. The hotel is cozy, well-groomed, comfortable, has its own style. Internet Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.
The owners of the hotel received all permits and approvals for the documentation for the expansion of the hotel – the creation of an extension of the wing of the building in which it is planned to place 6 double rooms, 2 apartments and a three-room apartment for the needs of the hotel owners. Negotiations were held with a Polish construction company, which is ready to build a turnkey extension of the hotel for 200,000 euros, including the cost of all works and materials.

Restaurant with summer terraces
Independent building with a total area of 365 m2.
On the ground floor: a fairly spacious kitchen, staff locker room, shower, WC for staff, WC for restaurant visitors, administrator's office, food warehouse, beverage warehouse, hotel owner's office.
The kitchen has fully operating equipment that meets all hygienic standards.
Second floor: bar and restaurant hall for 40 visitors, non-smoking salon for 30 guests, salon with fireplace for 30 people.
The restaurant has a main entrance, as well as an entrance from the side of the bowling building where there is a small terrace for 16 people.
In the garden of the complex in front of the restaurant there is a summer terrace with a bar for seasonal service, places for 50 visitors, grill equipment.
The restaurant specializes in Czech and international gastronomy. The quality of the gastronomy is excellent. Draught beer Plzeňski prazdroj, a large vinotheque.
The restaurant is rented for 50.000 CZK per month, which ends in the current year. The new owner may either extend the lease or terminate it at his discretion.
The restaurant is cozy and stylish. A special atmosphere of the restaurant is given by a large working fireplace.
A great advantage of the restaurant is its division into 3 salons in which private events are held: weddings, birthdays, corporate evenings. Due to the fact that the total capacity of the restaurant is up to 100 visitors – very convenient and optimal for weddings and private events.
