A manufacturing company with a history dating back to 1960, specialising in the production of women’s underwear and nightwear, is for sale.
Currently, production has been suspended by decision of the owner, but the new owner can restart production. The company is being sold with warehouse stock, a website, a distribution network and established relationships with suppliers.
There is also a production facility, which is not included in the sale but may be included in the transaction by agreement of the parties if the investor is interested in continuing production.
The company is being sold due to the divorce of the owners, who are Czech citizens. Due to the divorce, the owners have decided to cease production.
For 65 years, the company has been producing classic underwear, fashionable and modern bras, nursing bras, sports bras, leisurewear, functional underwear, women’s shirts, pyjamas and nightgowns.
The company used fabrics from leading European manufacturers in Germany, France, Italy and other countries as its main materials.
The company has technologies for cutting, sewing and shaping.
Industrial partners were also offered sewing capacities for small batch orders at a standard price of €0.19 per minute.
